Shopping Interface Configuration

The section “Set Purchasing” is for setting shopping interface parameters, including price currency, price decimal, language, etc.

• Price unit: press the drop-down menu to select the price currency. The default is $.

• Decimal point setting: set the decimal point of the product price. Typically set as 2.

• Slot number setting: usually set as one digit; if set as two digits, numbers 1-9 will display as 01-09.

• Language settings: select the display language.

• Failed counts lock the machine (9: unlock machine): set when machine will be locked after how many failures, machine won’t able to sell product when locked. Set as 9 means never lock machine.

• Temperature Mode: set the temperature unit (°C/°F)

• Shopping cart: when enabled, end users can select multiple products from the machine and complete the payment for all selected items in a single transaction.

To enable shopping cart feature, you need to set payment methods first. Please follow the steps:

1. In Payment setting → Common payment methods, enable cash payment

2. In Other payment methods, enable PAX card payment.

3. Enable shopping cart and navigate to System Settings → Android system → Quick Setup Guide. Then choose "8-New Foreign Trade UI" as the UI type.

   Click the button to save the settings and reboot. The change will take effect upon restart.

• Full screen: when enabled, the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen will hide. This feature only available when UI type is set as “default” in “Android System Setting->Quick setup guide->UI type” section.

• Display by pages: when enabled, the shopping product lists will display by pages.

• Display commodities by the code:

When multiple slots sales the same product, you can activate this mode. There will be one product selection tab for this product displaying on the shopping interface.

Note: For the product sharing the same product code, the product information must be consistent. Product code configure is mentioned in section Maintain Slot Product Info.

You have to select a selling mode when this mode is enabled:

• Vend in first-in-first-out mode: vend by slot number sequence. For example, there are three slots in the machine, slots 1, 2 and 3, the three slots vend one by one, when there is an error, skip to the next slot;

• Always vend from the first slot: The machine will sell the product from the first slot of the product, and won’t dispense from the successive slot until the previous slot is sold out.

• Vend in first-in-first-out mode and support keypad selecting: For example, all products in slot 1, slot 2 and slot 3 are product A, if you select product A in the screen, the machine vends by slot number; if you enter the slot number with the keypad, the machine vends the product in the selected slot.
