MDB Vending supports Ultra VXT series and Ultra VQ-M

Click the tab KioSoft> MDB > Vending in sequence then all parameters relating to MDB Vending machines will be shown. Define the parameters as needed. You can refer to the table below for descriptions of the fields required.

This parameter is used to control if the terminal should upload reports to the server.

If Disabled is selected, the terminal won’t upload reports to the database and vice versa.

The default value is Enabled.

KSD Report

Currently, despite of the settings here, the reader will upload transaction data to the VMS platform that stores the KSD data.

KSD data will be created for 2 scenarios: 1) for transactions paid with card/app on the reader, both successful and failed good dispensing will create KSD data; 2) for cash payment, only successful good dispensing will create KSD data.

This feature applies to vending machines of MDB level 1 only.

When it’s enabled, users need to first press the O button on Ultra VQ-M as indicated on the its screen in order to start the machine. If it’s disabled, no such step is required. It’s enabled by default.

Text

The 1st line of the text that will be displayed on the idle screen of the reader. Text can’t exceed 18 characters.

The 1st line of the text displayed when the ordered item is dispensed. Text can’t exceed 18 characters.
