Check Balance

Please follow the steps below to check balance and print the balance for customers.

1. Select the Check Balance function in the Main Interface.	2. For Guest customers, Tap cloud card on the terminal.

3. The Guest card information can be displayed both on the employee screen and the customer screen, and the balance could be printed for customer as a reference by clicking Print Balance button.	4. For Member customers, besides tapping could card, the balance information could be reached by searching the name. email address or phone number of the customer.
