Support Download Station
The Elevate Card-D can upgrade the software version via Download Station. You should use the KLM app (iOS version) to download the software package and then configure the reader type correspondingly. Then you can connect it with the download station reader to proceed with the upgrade. For more detailed configuration and connection details, you can refer to the Download Station user manual that includes the procedures with the demonstration.
