Development Background
In the production environment, within a single room, both KioPOS and AVU are connected to the box. When spending or recharging occurs elsewhere (including on KioPOS), and balance inquiries are subsequently made separately on KioPOS and AVU, discrepancies may arise. This is because the balance on KioPOS updates in real-time due to its online connectivity, whereas the box does not synchronize the balance for AVU in real-time.

FAQ
LocalBox refreshes all customer data for the current vendor upon startup and every 24 hours thereafter. However, any manual additions or deletions of users via other KioPOS interfaces or the backend will not be synchronized with LocalBox in real-time.
When retrieving comprehensive customer data, handling thousands of records can strain server performance.
LocalBox is designed to access only partial data. Even if the box service is offline, KioPOS can still manage certain network functions, including employee logins and logouts.
If the LocalBox service remains online but there is an unexpected public network disconnection, operations such as card purchases and recharges will continue to function normally. However, other tasks like work order processing may be disrupted.
This version of LocalBox does not support Cloud Card Points.
If a user is deleted while there are offline orders pending upload, the server might encounter issues processing these orders once a connection is restored. This could result in unauthorized use of machines.
