1.Inventory Transfer
As a staff member, if you notice low inventory levels while assisting a customer with a sales order, you have the option to transfer inventory from another location owned by the same vendor.
Suppose you open the New Sales for the customer and find that the product for the customer purchase is out of stock.
| Press and hold the product icon to check the product details. The “On-hand” value means the practical inventory of the product. If the on-hand value is negative or zero, you can continue the steps below to transfer the inventory from another location under the same vendor.
|---|

Press the “CHECK OTHER LOCATIONS” button to view a list of product inventory across all locations belonging to the same vendor. The current location will be listed first. All other locations with available inventory will feature a “Transfer” button next to the location name, except those with zero or negative inventory.
| Click the “Transfer” button to move the product from another location to your current location.

5. Enter the transfer amount using the + and - button, or tap the blank space between + and - to call the Quick Input. | After entering the transfer amount, tap the OK button to confirm the inventory transfer.

Please avoid transferring a large quantity of inventory from another location, as this may deplete their stock and trigger low inventory notifications for that location.
| If the Transfer Amount will cause the low inventory of the other location, a warning below will pop up.

If the transfer amount won’t reduce the other location’s inventory below acceptable levels, you’ll be prompted to review the transfer details. Tap Submit to proceed or Cancel to stop the transfer.
| After the successful inventory transfer, there will be a prompt like below and the transfer data will be uploaded to Backoffice—Customer Transactions Report—Adjustments Report for your future reference.

2.Trade-In Optimization
After the optimization, the customer's additional e-tickets will be credited back when their trade-in value exceeds the redemption value.
Open Prize Trade In on the main menu to help customer perform redemption.
| 2. Add Trade-In prize and Redeem Prize according to step 3 and step 4. |
|---|

You can select the prize by searching its name, keyword, SKU or UPC, or call the prize list by tapping the “Search” button.
| Find the prize and use + button to edit the prize quantity, then tap the Done button to finish adding the prize.

After adding the Trade-in Prize and Redeem Prize, you can notice that the trade-in prize is more expensive than the redeem prize. Tap the “Redeem” button to go further.
| If you initially didn’t link the Trade-in transaction to a customer and the customer selects to redeem directly, please inform the customer that the extra e-tickets will be wasted.

It is recommended for you to select the “Continue” option.
| If the customer was not linked to the transaction before, the prompt below will pop up. Tap the “OK” button and you will be directed to the page adding customer.

Add the customer by tapping the customer’s card or searching the customer on the system as you usually do, then tap the “Redeem” button to initiate the redemption again.
| Tap the “Done” button to finish the redemption and you can check the remaining e-tickets for the customer from the prompt below and from the receipt printed after the redemption. The redemption-related data will be reported to Backoffice-Prize Redemption Report.
