What You’ll Need
Before starting, have the following information available:
Legal Business Name & Federal Tax ID (EIN)
Reference your official business records to confirm your legal business name and legal entity information.
Business Bank Account Information
Government-Issued Photo ID
The recognizable business or location name your customers will see on their card statements.
Social Security Number (SSN)
Required for applicable owners or authorized individuals as part of the merchant application.
Business Owner Contact Information
Including ownership percentage and contact details for applicable beneficial owners
Authorized Signer Email Address
The application is electronically signed, and the signer’s email address is associated with the digital signature.
