This document is intended to introduce you to how to configure the promotions, the promotion consists of generic rewards and campaigns.
Rewards
The rewards are used for the “get” option setting in the promotion campaign
There are 3 types of rewards:
Coupon (applied on customer app orders)
percentage coupon
fixed amount coupon
Badge (applied on customer app orders)
Free payment QR code (applied on kiosk orders)
Below are the steps how to create different types of rewards:
Percentage coupon rewards
Create coupon rewards: ‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Promotion Management’ → ‘Rewards’→ ‘Coupons’→ ‘Create Coupon’ → ‘Coupon Value’ → ‘Percentage’

The percentage coupon can be used as a reward of customer mobile app users. |

Fixed amount coupon rewards
Create coupon rewards: ‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Promotion Management’ → ‘Rewards’→ ‘Coupons’→ ‘Create Coupon’ → ‘Coupon Value’ → ‘Fixed Amount’

The fixed amount value coupon can be used as a reward of customer mobile app users.

Badge rewards
Create coupon rewards: ‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Promotion Management’ → ‘Rewards’→ ‘Badge’→ ‘Create Badge’

It can be used as a reward for a campaign for mobile app users. It shows in the ‘Me’ screen in the mobile app. When the customer mobile app user taps the badge image, the user will see badge specification in a new screen. |

Free coupon code rewards
In the kiosk order process, customer can pay with free coupon QR code scanning to enjoy free beverage. The QR code links and images are generated from the vendor portal.
Create QR code: ‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Promotion Management’ → ‘Rewards’→ ‘QR Code Coupon’ → ‘Create QR Code Coupon.

Download QR code images: ‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Promotion Management’ → ‘Rewards’ → ‘QR Code Coupon’ → ‘QR Code Download (for QR code images)’. |

Customer can scan the free coupon QR code image when paying at the kiosk to get a free beverage. |

The QR code usage report can be got by downloading the QR code links. ‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Promotion Management’ → ‘Rewards‘ → ‘QR Code Coupon’ → ‘Download (for QR code links and usage status)’. |

Campaigns
The campaign is the promotion rules. There are below types:
Referral campaign
Mission campaign
Discount campaign
Below are the steps how to create different types of campaigns:
Referral campaign
Only one referral campaign can be active at the same time.
Once the referral campaign is closed, the unfinished referrals will be closed as well without rewards.
Referrer mission types: signup with referral code / signup with referral code and complete an order.
Referee mission types: signup with referral code / signup with referral code and complete an order.
Referee mission and rewards can be set as active / inactive.
Referee mission can be different from referral mission.
Create referral campaign: ‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Promotion Management’ → ‘Campaigns’→ ‘Referral Campaign’ → ‘Create Referral Campaign.’

Mission campaign
The vendor can design the promotion rule for mobile app users, in the promotion rule:
There are 2 types of missions:
Buy X (products) get Y (rewards, the rewards can be different types, 5 at max)
New sign up
The campaign application can be customized:
All kiosks / Specific kiosk(s)
All product categories / Specific product category(ies)
All products / Specific product(s)

NOTE:
“Allow multiple completions per user” switcher:
Switched on: before the campaign expires, the user can reengage the campaign after completing the missions.
Switched on: before the campaign expires, the user cannot reengage the campaign after completing the missions.
Discount campaign
The operator can set up a product price discount campaign applied on the kiosk / mobile app order.
The campaign application can be customized: All kiosks / Specific kiosk(s)

The customer can see the price discounts on the order menu.

The customer can see the product's ground image if it is set. |
