Refill Inventory

There are two methods to update product inventory:

Method 1

Steps:

1. 1. Navigate to Operations->Machine->All Machines on the navigation menu.

2. Select the vending machine by organization, machine group, machine name, machine number, reader SN or machine status (online/offline or normal/stock).

Note: “Normal” refers to the machines that are already bound to a Reader SN, while “Stock” refers to machines without Reader SN.

3. Select the vending machine requiring inventory updates and click the “Update Inventory” tab to enter slot management page.

4. You can refer to the instructions below to set inventory:

• Click the single slot: to set the capacity/inventory/price for single slot.

• Click “Refill This Tray”: to refill the tray to full inventory.

• Click “Batch Set”: to set the information for slots in batches.

• Click “One-click replenishment”: to replenishment all slots to full inventory.

Note: Don’t forget to click the “Update” button when you finish the editing of all slots.

Method 2:

Steps:

1. Navigate to Reports -> Inventory Reports-> Real-time Inventory on the navigation menu, then click “Update Product” from the list.

2. You can refer to the instructions below to set inventory:

• Click the single slot: to set the capacity/inventory/price for single slot.

• Click “Refill This Tray”: to refill the tray to full inventory.

• Click “Batch Set”: to set the information for slots in batches.

• Click “One-click replenishment”: to replenishment all slots to full inventory.

Note: Don’t forget to click the “Update” button when you finish the editing of all slots.
