# Set Reminder Messages

To set necessary reminder messages when the customer makes operations on the screen.

- **Pay effective time:** set the waiting time for payment after product selection. If payment is not made within this period of time, the screen will skip back to the product list page.
- **Pay tips:** tailor reminder after customer select product in shopping page. For example: "Please insert coins", "Please tap your card" etc. (available only when machine “UI type” is configured as “0”, this parameter can be checked in Android system>Quick Setup section)
- **Do not show credit card balance prompt:** when enabled, the balance prompt in shopping page will not display.
- **Voice prompt:** when enabled, machine will broadcast voice prompt when select/ cancel/ confirm slot. (not recommend to enable because the slot number will be pronounced in Chinese only, and sometimes the voice may not clear enough for end user)
- **Sold out text modification:** the reminder message when a product is sold out.
- **Keyboard text settings:** define the name displayed for the keyboard, such as "Keyboard," "Please enter," or in other languages.
- **Keyboard input tips:** configure prompts for keyboard input; for instance, "Please enter the product number" when the customer presses a key.
- **Customer service number****:** the customer service number for customers to contact for support.
