Station 2.0 Daily Cleaning Guide

1. Eversys Coffee Machine: Milk Cleaning

1.1 Find 'Cleaning' on Eversys Coffee Machine
- Option A: Press & hold 'Rinse' button for 3s → 'Yes'

- Option B: Press '≡(Menu)' button on Touchscreen Top → Press 'Clean' → 'Confirm' [when close to cleaning period]
- Option C: Press 'Clean' [when reach cleaning period (24hrs ± 5)]

1.2 Start 'Milk Cleaning' on Eversys Coffee Machine

- 1.2.1 Leave milk tube ends inside milk container & Press 'Continue'

- 1.2.2 Fill cleaning container with 25ml of Everclean (Screen says 'cleaning tablet' under F/W v4.20)

- 1.2.3 Place a container under coffee outlet → 'Continue' (Caution: hot water!)
- 1.2.4 Fill container ~40% with hot water
- 1.2.5 In fridge, remove tubes from milk & insert them into container → 'Continue'
- 1.2.6 Remove milk frames from fridge (store temporarily in storage fridge)
- 1.2.7 Run Eversys Coffee Machine self-cleaning: ~10 min Coffee only / ~18 min w/ milk cleaning

- 1.2.8 Post Milk Cleaning. Daily (After milk cleaning)

a. Remove tubes from container

b. Wipe tubes down with damp cloth thoroughly

c. Put tubes back into milk bags (ensure they reach bottom)

d. Close fridge

Note: To check cleaning history, password is necessary.

2. Eversys Coffee Machine: Nozzle Cleaning

2.1 Switch off the machine at main switch.

2.2Slightly tilt the coffee outlet (1) and gently pull (2) to remove it.

2.3 Clean with soft soap, use a nylon tube brush to clean the holes (3).

2.4 Gently reassemble in the reverse order.

3. Eversys Coffee Machine: Drip Tray Cleaning

3.1 Switch off the machine at the main switch.

3.2 Slightly push the drip tray grid (2) (to unlock) and remove it (3) .

3.3 Wash the grid and inside of the drip tray (1) with soft soap and rinse.

3.4 When replacing the grid make that it lays nice and flat.

4. Eversys Coffee Machine: Coffee Ground Bin Cleaning

(Daily; After milk cleaning)

4.1 Slide the coffee ground bin out of the shelf
4.2 Dispose of grounds & liquid
4.3 Double-bag coffee grounds & put beside the garbage bin if necessary
4.4 Replace coffee ground bin in shelf (pushed properly back into place)

5. Fridge Cleaning

(Every 2 weeks)

5.1 Monitor ice build-up status weekly
5.2 Conduct defrost every 2 weeks (adjust frequency as needed)
5.3 Defrost by shutting down fridge (summer ~2-3 hrs | winter takes longer)

6. BROOD SLM Cold Brew Machine Cleaning

6.1 Prepare a container more than 4L

6.2 Fill the container with 1.5L of clean water

6.3 Add 180ml cleaning solution to the container and fill with an additional 2.5L of clean water. Measure carefully.

6.4 Connect the beverage tube from the machine to the container.

6.5 Connect the ventilation tube to the port located underneath the machine （as image attached below）. Then, drop it in the container and make sure the infusion switch is on nitro (illuminated)

6.6 Place an empty container under the tap spout.

6.7 Run dispensing for 40 seconds and let stand for 15mins. Remove the ventilation tube from the container. Then run the remaining solution through the system.

Coz the physical “tap to dispense“ button is disabled in the self-service mode, so the dispense can by triggered by kiosk touchscreen backend.  ‘Menu‘→’BROOD Cold Brew SLM’ →Refill ‘Output Time‘ → ‘Start Dispense‘

6.8 Unscrew the tip of the spout, and rinse

6.9  Unscrew the cover of the pre-filter by turning it counter-clockwise. Remove the stainless steel mesh and wash with clean hot water. Make sure the stainless steel mesh is not clogged.

6.10 BEFORE SERVING: Place a glass under the tap. Pull the tap down until the water is flushed out and cold brew begins to flow freely, then close the tap.

7. Marco Pour’D Machine Cleaning

NOTES： Turn off the boiler before cleaning to prevent accidental triggering of a dispense.

Beware of accidentally operating the font - especially when cleaning around the

push buttons.

The appliance may not be immersed in water or cleaning solution . The exterior of

this font may be cleaned with a damp cloth and a light detergent. The external

surfaces of the appliance must not be cleaned by a water jet.

For cleaning the internal tubing and components, the recommended cleaning

solution is Urnex Cafiza cleaner.

Twist off and wash out flow straightener.

Do not use abrasive cloths or creams, as this will spoil the finish of the font.

8. Space Cleaning

8.1 Wipe down coffee machine, tables, fridges, customer viewing area, wherever you see dirt.
