Token program is a method of awarding special residents Value Code (to the laundry card for the laundry market) or Bonus (to the mobile app account) for a certain amount monthly, weekly or bi-weekly until expiration. As a vendor, you can set a token program to offer rewards to your consumers
Add Token Program
Click “Token Program” in the drop-down menu of “Rewards” in the navigation menu. Then click “Add Token Program.”

Laundry Card Program
Upon clicking the “Laundry Card Program” button, a fillable form with the following fields will be displayed. Fill in the required information according to the table below. Then click “Add Token Program” at the bottom of the page to submit the token program.

Location | Drop-down choice | The location name that the resident belongs to. |
Laundry Card | Numeric | The laundry card number of the resident. |
Email Address | Alpha-Numeric | The resident’s email address. |
Amount ($) | Drop-down choice | A certain amount to reward the resident on a monthly, weekly or bi-weekly basis. The amount should not contain special characters and be no more than 2 decimals. The range is $0.01 to $99.99. |
Suite#/Apartment# | Numeric | The Suite#/Apartment# of the resident. |
Interval | Drop-down choice | The interval time to reward. |
Drop-down choice | The date to stop the reward. Click the field box and the calendar picker will pop up. Note: If you’d like to set the program forever, please leave the field blank. | |
Mobile Phone Number | Numeric | The resident’s mobile phone number. |

Mobile App Program
Upon clicking the “Mobile-App Program” button, a fillable form with the following fields will be displayed. Fill in the required information according to the table below. Then click “Add Token Program” at the bottom of the page to submit the token program.

Search
You can search for the existing token programs using the “Program Type” field in the search filter. Locate the “Search” button on the Token Program page. Upon clicking “Search,” the search menu will open and display the “Program Type” field. Click the box beside “Program Type,” and a drop-down menu displaying the fields “Laundry Card” & “Mobile App” will appear.

When “Laundry Card” is selected, it will show the following fields:
Resident Name (optional) is a text field.
Card Number (optional) is a text field.

When “Mobile App” is selected, it will show the “Email” (optional) field.

When you enter the value fields you’d like to search, click “Filter” and the matching records will display. If the fields are blank and only the program type is selected, then only records of that program type will populate.
Records Section
The records section is situated at the lower part of the Token Program page. It displays several columns, including the “Program Type,” “Resident Name,” “Laundry Card #”, “Email Address,” “Status,” “Action,” and etc.

Change Status
Click the “Enabled” button in green and it will be changed to the “Disabled” button in orange, and vice versa. When the status of the token program is “Disabled,” it will be invalid.

View, Edit and Delete Token Program
You can click the buttons “View,” “Edit,” and “Delete” under the “Action” column to implement the corresponding actions towards the token program.
