How to Replace Wristband Printer Head
The TPH Lifespan of the Wristband Printer is 150KM. If its lifespan expires, you need to replace it with a new one.
Please follow the steps below to replace the wristband printer head:
Open the printer cover, then push the printer head cover plate downward with both hands (like image 1-3) to dismantle the cover plate.

Press the printer head with both thumbs (like image 2-1), and meanwhile slide it downward until the printer head detaches from the shell hook (like image 2-2) to remove the printer head.

Remove the springs (like image 3-1), disconnect the connectors at both ends (like image 3-2), and loosen the grounding screw with a cross screwdriver (like image 3-3). Then remove the printer head completely.

Replace the printer head with a new one. Then tighten the ground wire with a cross screwdriver, insert the flat cables at both ends, and install two springs. Note: Please pay attention to the direction of the terminals when inserting the flat cables. For the details, please refer to the image 4-2.

As shown in image 5-1, make sure the printer head is aligned correctly. Press the printer head with both thumbs until the square slot at the bottom center of the printer head is pushed into the shell hook first.

Then install the printer head cover plate. Align the cover plate (like image 6-1), and push it upwards to fasten.
