Vendor Portal - Report Scheduler

In this section, vendors can schedule transaction/refund reports to be sent automatically to multiple email addresses. It allows vendors to set the frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and apply custom filters and date ranges.

Note: This feature is only accessible for server owner, vendor admin or store manager account. Users can only view/select and schedule templates whose data scope is within their permissions. Recipient emails must also have permission to access the report’s data scope; otherwise saving is blocked.

Before setting up a scheduled email report, you should customize your report with filters, name it, and save it in Location Performances or Report Pro. For detailed steps, please refer to

Create a Schedule

Click “Create First Report” or “Add New” to set a report schedule. In the Add New Scheduled Report page, choose the pre-saved report name from the drop-down list and enter the required fields. You can refer to the descriptions below.

You can search for the report name from the pre-set filters. Each report name includes an identifier to differentiate between Location Performance and Pro reports.

Note: Only templates within the users’ access scope are available for selection.

Frequency

When you choose a frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.), the report will be generated at the end of that period (end of day, end of week, end of month).

Example:

- Daily → generated at the end of the day

- Weekly → generated at the end of the week

- Monthly → generated at the end of the month

Note: The default setting is daily.

Start Date/End Date

Drop-down List

Set the time range for the email report. If an end date is entered without a start date, the start date will default to the current date.

Continue Forever

Checkbox

When it is enabled, the schedule will keep running with no end date.

Email Recipients

Text

Define the email addresses that can receive the report. You can enter one or multiple email addresses. The addresses will be validated when saving.

Email delivery is scheduled based on the vendor's local time zone.

Edit & Delete a Schedule

The created schedule will be displayed in the schedule list. You can edit/suspend/delete the schedule.

Here are the functions of the icon:

1: Click the edit icon to edit schedule information.

2: Click the stop/start icon to pause or restart sending report emails.

3: Click the trash button to delete the schedule.
