In the “Set slot” page, you can maintain the product information of each slot. The view is displayed
by slots number.
Configure single slot product info: Click single slot frame to configure this slot’s info.
Configure batch slot product info:
① Click "Batch revision" button to trigger batch revision feature.
② Select slots separately, use “Revise the entire tray”, or press “Select All” button to select
desired slots.
③ Click " Batch revision" to update the information collectively.

Set Expiration Alert: Click to enable expiration warnings and you can configure the alert timeframe in hours.

Note: This feature works with the “expire date” setting in the Special configuration of freight lanes section of the Set Slot page. When enabled, the system triggers a warning when the slot nears expiration based on a defined timeframe before the set expiry date.
For example, if the expiry date is set to 10/10/2025 12:00 with a 4-hour warning window, the slot will display "Expiring soon" starting at 8:00 on 10/10/2025.
*How to add images to the product image library:
Save the product images you want to add into the library in a USB drive and plug it to the USB interface of the tablet. And then follow the steps:
Go to “Android system” section, and press “Open ES browser” button to open ES browser.
Press the three short line button in the top left corner, then click “Local” tab> USB drive to access the
memory.
Long press the picture in your USB device to select it, and press the “Copy” button in the bottom
navigation bar.

4) Click the “SD card tab” to go back to the system storage directory.
5) Find and press to open the “TcnFolder”.
6) Find and press to open the “ImageGoods” folder

7) Click the “Paste” button to paste the copied picture.
8) The picture is copied in to the product image library successfully.
9) You can find it at the image library when you edit the product information.

Note: customer can use “KioVend Vending Machine Management System” (backend) to configure product info as well. User needs to submit review after editing product info in
backend, and tech support should review and approve the application, then configure info will take effect in machine
