In this section, you can view the value code purchase log, activity log and other settings.

Click the “Value Code” tab at the left navigation pane to access the Value Code module.

You can view the value purchase log both in summary and detail here.

Summary

The records are displayed in two columns:

• Location names in the left column,

• Total transaction ($) in the right column.

You can use the filters at the top to customize the displayed data:

• Select the starting date and ending date,

• Input the location name.

Details

In this section, you can view detailed information of the value code purchase records, including laundry card number, location information, purchasing card information, amount, and customer registration information, etc.

About Purchase through PayPal

When the payment gateway for purchasing value code is set to PayPal, the user's email account will be displayed in the "Card Number" column. However, if the payment is made using a Digital Wallet through PayPal, the "Card Number" column will remain empty.

It will display all records by default. You can use filters in the “Search Value Code” tab to customize the display as per your requirement.

The filters support start date and end date, laundry card number, resident email address, purchase type, value code, site code and location.

You can use the “Export to Excel” button to export the records. Use the “Print Log” button to print the records. To clear the filter result, click on the “View All” button, and it will display all the records.
