Input the URL provided by KioSoft, enter your Email & Password and click “Sign in” on the landing page as shown below to log in to the CleanStore system.

Check the box beside “Remember me” so that the system can remember your credentials for later login operations.

Check the box beside “By Clicking Sign In, you agree to our Terms and have acknowledged our Privacy statement.” to successfully access the system. You can click the words “Terms” and “Privacy” to see the contents before checking the box.

Facebook / Google / Apple Login

You can also use your Facebook / Google / Apple account to log in on the condition that these three login ways are enabled in Vendor Portal -> Settings. If you neither have an account nor Facebook / Google / Apple account, you can register an account or continue to browse the site as a guest. If you click “Register IT’S FREE!”, you need to fill in the relative information to complete the new account registration followed by a registration confirmation Email. Please note that Vendor Portal, Value Code, RSS and CCM will all be accessed by a unified login.


Register IT’S FREE

A new user can click on “Register IT’S FREE” to register a new account. Fill in the fields relative to personal information such as Email address, email verification code, password setup, mobile number, Captcha code, etc. Please be noted that a verification code will be sent to your phone after you enter the Captcha code correctly. Then tick the checkbox to check and confirm the privacy agreement and click “Register.”


Continue as Guest

The “Continue as Guest” button enables guest login to purchase value code or a buy card. You can click either tab: Purchase Value Code or Buy Card, as you need. Fill in the fields as instructed by the help texts beside the input box and click “Submit” to complete your purchase.

1) Purchase Value Code

You can fill in the fields including Zip Code, Amount(s), Email address and Laundry Card Number first. Then Click on the “Submit” button. After five seconds or so, you will see a message tip “Convenience Fee Confirmation” showing the amount details. Click on “Confirm.” Then you can go ahead with the confirmation of payment information. If all fields are filled in and confirmed, you can fill in the Captcha Code (non-robot test). Click on “Submit” and then the payment will be completed.

For specific vendors, you are able to exclude one or more existing locations from the location zip code drop-down list for guests purchasing value code by leaving the location(s) unsearchable. To achieve this, two steps are needed: first go to Location Management => Options to enable Purchase Value Code (Please see Create Locations). Then go to Settings => Manage Guest Locations (not a generic feature) to confirm the location is not included in the field. By doing so, the locations will not be searched out if a guest attempts to enter the zip code of the location.

2) Buy Card

Click on the “Buy Card” tab and you can fill in the fields as required including Zip Code, Email address and Terminal ID. Click on the “Submit” button. Then you will see a message tip stating the convenience fee amount. Click on the “Confirm” button. You can begin fill in the information relative to the payment, such as Card Holder Name, Card Number, etc. Enter a Captcha Code then that is designed for non-robot test. Click on the “Submit” button and you can complete the payment process.
