Clicking Staff will lead you to the Users => Staff section, where you can manage the staff accounts.

Clicking Customers will lead you to the Users => Customers section, where you can manage customer accounts, such as editing/deleting/searching for customers.

You will be directed to the Location Management section by clicking the Locations button on the homepage.

In Room Status, you can check whether the machines in a specific room and location are running smoothly and report any machine errors if they occur.

Clicking on Machines will take you to the Machine View section, where you can see the overall status of machines at each location and any specific errors that may exist.

You will be directed to the Location Performance section, where you can view transaction reports for the selected locations. Additionally, data on total sales, cycles, and payment types are accessible in this section.

You can retrieve the CVC of a laundry card by inputting the laundry card number with this function.

If users cannot receive their SMS verification code on their mobile devices, you can retrieve it for them by selecting the country code, entering the phone number, and clicking the “Get” button.

Please note that if more than 5 minutes have passed since the verification code was received, the system will indicate that the code has expired. In this case, please ask the user to request the code again.
