  1. Operators

3.1 View Profile

For the operators who just login to the system, the module from Account and Setup to Machines will all be grey and not available. In this case, you need to select one operator from the Operator list to be viewed as.

  1. This is the view when you just login to the system.

  1. Suspend your cursor on Operators.

  1. Suspend the cursor on the button at the end of your desired operator, then click View as.

  1. The module from Account and Setup to Machines will be available and it will be displayed as "View as: the name of the operator you selected" on the top right of the screen.

3.2 Edit Profile

All operators' info shown in the Operator List come from Universal Server. You can edit the operators' info according to the steps below, and modified info will be saved in Universal Server or KioSoft POS respectively.

  1. Suspend the cursor on the button at the end of your desired operator, then click Edit.

  1. You can edit the following info and then click Save button.

3, If you click the Edit button at the right end of Primary user email, you can reselect a new email address as primary.
