12. System

12.1 Backoffice User

12.1.1 View User List

  1. Click System -> Backoffice User to view the list of users managing the system, the operators, and the distributors.

  1. The User List will be shown as below.

  1. Move your mouse to the icon at the end of each line, you can select to edit and delete user info, enable or disable the user status., as well as set the Login password.

12.1.2 Add Users

  1. Click "+Add" button to add a new use.

  1. Fill in the fields in the following pop-up window, then click Save button.

"User Type" is a required field and it varies due to the different user types.

“Login password” and “Confirm password” should be numbers/letters with 8~16 digits by default. Operator users and the operator being “Viewed as” can self-define the length of the login password according to the password length configured by operators in “System parameter”.

“User group” is to configure the user group for the user therefore users will be displayed in filters configured in "User Group".

12.2 Backoffice User Group

12.2.1 View User Group List

  1. Click System -> Backoffice User Group.

  1. Move your mouse to the icon at the end of each line, you can select to Edit or Delete the user group.

12.2.2 Add User Group

  1. Click "+Add" button.

  1. Fill in the required info and save them.

"User Group type" is a required field and it varies due to the different user types. After selecting the User group type, you must select the corresponding operator name or distributor name.

"User Group" is the name of user group.

"Remarks" is for the description of the user group.

"Menu Permissions" is to define the permissions for the newly created user group by selecting the modules, pages and buttons through the there-level tree list.

12.3 Login Log

  1. Click System -> Login log, the Login list will be displayed as below.
