4.4 Slot motor

Prev Next

This section is designed to test movement of slots, pickup door, and the performance of photoelectric detection (known as drop sensor as well), which is very important for daily safety operation.

  • Test all slots: Test all slots, not recommend to use since it will take a long time, you can test single slot or batch slots if needed.

  • All cargo lanes idling again: Make all slots idling one by one, the elevator won’t move, also not recommend to use because it will take long time to complete the testing.

  • Pick-up door: To open or close pickup door, when there is an item detected by anti-pinch sensor, it won’t close.

  • Drop sensor of slot conveyor belt: To enable or disable drop sensor of slot conveyor belt, recommend to enable.

  • Anti-pinch sensor: To enable or disable drop sensor for anti-pinch, recommend to enable, the sensor located at the pickup door frame.

  • Drop sensor status of slot opening: Check if there is an item on the front end of slot.

  • Drop sensor status of conveyor belt: Check if there is an item on the right of conveyor belt.

  • Commodity status of pickup door: Check if there is an item on pickup door area.

  • Receiving tube status of drop sensor: Check all sensor status, used to check if the sensor is functioning or not.

  • Anti-pinching sensor at pick-up door: Check if the anti-pinch sensor blocked.

Note: Recommend to enable “Drop sensor of slot conveyor belt” and “Anti-pinch sensor”.
