Multiple Users can be set up in Vagabond Vending to allow for better tracking of who does what for your business. You can also use it to limit access by others to your financial information.
PROFILE
This screen is for handling the details of the current logged in User. The fields are self explanatory.
USERS
Users List
From this screen, you can add or remove users, and click the check mark to activate or deactivate an account.
Create User
To create a new User, click the + New User button in the bottom right of the screen. Each User requires the same details.
Edit User
In the users list, you can click the field to be edited to update the information. Click “Update” to save the change.
You can select a customer under the user account. The user has access only to the selected customer and all sub-accounts under it.
Customers
Click the “New Customer” button to add new customer. Select a parent customer for the account. The parent customer can then view this account and all its sub‑accounts.
COMPANY PROFILE
This section contains all your pertinent company info and is very straight forward.
