By default, when first logging in you will arrive at the Locations tab. A list of your Locations appears on the left with other tabs and details on the right.
Location List
The location lists can be searched and edited to tailor to your needs. It is possible to refine the list, arranging Locations based on a Route, sorting by the Fill (percentage of product still in Location), expected Cash amounts in the machine, grouping by Account, or any number of other options.
The list can also be sorted by clicking on different headings and choosing to sort the results in ascending or descending order.
In addition to the ability to group some results as shown in the image, columns can be added or removed from a list. Click on the dropdown next to any column or search to see what options are available.

If you are working on a specific Location and desire more space, the Location List can be collapsed by clicking the circled arrow.
Delete Locations
Clicking the Delete button allows for the removal of an entire Location.
Clicking this button causes a warning to appear.
Warning!
if you click Yes. You will be putting this Location into an archived status and it will no longer be available to view, edit, or Stock. It will still appear on reports run for the period while the Location was active, but only Vagabond Support can return it to an active status.
At the bottom of the list are 3 other useful buttons.
The first blue button simply reloads and refreshes all the data currently shown.
+New Location allows you to create a new location from scratch. Please refer to INFO for detailed instructions.
Clone Location will create an exact duplicate of the selected Location in every detail except any Device ID or Serial Number and all Current Stock values. As it is highly likely that many of your machines are similar, this will greatly reduce your data entry time.
