Create Location

If needed, you can create a new location in the app to register and manage machines in the location.

  1. Click the “Create New Location” button from the home screen location dropdown.

  1. Enter the basic details:

    Location name: required;  

    State/Province: required, select from the dropdown menu;

    City: optional;  

    Address Line 1: required;  

    Address Line 2: optional;  

    Postal/Zip Code: required;  

    Contact Name: optional;

    Contact Number: optional;  

    Contact Email Address: optional;  

    Advance Settings: can be hidden or expanded by clicking on the expandable arrow.

Note: The Advanced Settings include:

  1. Payment Mode: required; Value/Credit: Value selected as default

  2. Language: required;  English selected as default.

  3. On premise Server: required; disabled as default

  4. Payment Types: required; at least 1 payment type should be selected

    Mobile App: disabled by default.

    Credit/Debit Card: disabled by default;

    Coin: disabled by default;

    Cloud Card: enabled by default

    Campus Solution: required; None as default

  1. Click on “Confirm” after entering all the details.

  1. After successfully creating a new location, it will appear in the list of available locations and be opened. Every new location created from this flow will have a “room 1” created by default.
