The interface and enabled functions may vary between models. Certain models require a password (default: 202010) for access.
Query
Drive parameters import: to import the drive parameters. Please use this function under the guidance of the manufacturer.
Drive parameters export: to export the drive parameters. Please use this function under the guidance of the manufacturer.
Query: click to check the driver board fault.
Clean: click to clean the driver board fault.
Self-check: click to start drive board self-check.
Set up
Self-checking every minutes: to set the time interval of elevator to move to prevent frosting.
Number of deicing executions after closing the door(reboot): to set the number of times of defogging after closing the pick-up door or rebooting.
Time interval of each deicing execution after closing the door(reboot): to set the interval of defogging. Set to spring slot: enter the slot start number and slot end number to set the selected slots to spring slot.
Set to belt slot: enter the slot start number and slot end number to set the selected slots to belt slot.
Split into a single slot: to split a merged slot, enter its number to restore the two original slots.
Merge with the next slot: enter the number of an unmerged slot to merge it with the subsequent slot.
All set to spring slot: to set all slots to spring slots.
All set to belt slot: to set all slots to belt slots.
All set to single slot: to revert all merged slots to single slots.
Switch settings
Refrigerating/heating: Only refrigeration is available. Select refrigeration mode and set temperature. Shipment inspection: to open self-inspection before shipment. It will slow down the shipping process and is therefore not recommended.
LeD lights: to turn on the LED lights in the main cabinet.
Parameter Settings
Go to number X layer: enter a layer number, and the elevator will ascend to its corresponding height. This function can help you verify whether the elevator's position aligns with the set layer height.
Parameter query: to query the height for each layer.
Parameter Settings: to set the elevator height for each layer, enter the layer number and its corresponding height (mm). For example, if you set Layer 1 to 100 mm, then select " Layer 1" in the “Go to number X layer”, the elevator will raise to 100 mm to reach layer 1. Click "Set Up" to save your settings.
Motor
Pick-up door on: to open the pick-up door.
Pic-up door off: to close the pick-up door.
Return origin: to make the elevator go back to its original position.
Anti-theft board open: to open the anti-theft board above the elevator.
Anti-theft board closed: to close the anti-theft board above the elevator.
Motor test
Partition life test: click the button to start the test of anti-theft board motor. Click “cease” to stop the test.
