1.1.1. How to Adjust Tray Height

Before Adjustment

  • When tray height is changed, the corresponding height will need to be programmed on the backend system in next step.

  • The height of each floor starts from base of column to the last column bar and is in cm. (see Figure 1)

    (inch to cm conversion is: 1 in x 2.54 = cm)

  • Top two holes are not available to install a tray as the elevator unit on the top blocks a tray to be installed. (see Figure 2)

    1) Unplug the connector from tray.

    *Each tray connector will have an identifying number that corresponds with tray.

    2) Lift and pull the tray to take it out from machine.

    3) Unscrew the two bars, and adjust their height based on actual need.

    *Top two holes are not available.

    4) Fix two bars using original screws.

    5) Install the tray back to machine in new height, ensuring the tray’s wheels position is locked won’t move.

    6) Plug in the connector to tray.

    7) Follow remote operation below to configure the height.

    10:10 means the local time.

    Use pin to stab [SALE MODE] 10 times

    Press [UP]/[DOWN] button

    Press [PARAM] button once

    ‘1’ – now on the 1st floor height setting state; the latter 3 digits indicate floor height.

    *The 1st floor is count from the top.

    *The height of each floor starts from base of column, whose unit is nearly cm.

    *Select the target layer/floor by pressing [PARAM] button.

    Press [OK] button once

    The 2nd digit flashes, now can set elevator height of the 1st floor hundreds digit.

    Press [OK] button twice

    The 3rd digit flashes, now can set elevator height of the 1st floor tens digit.

    Press [OK] 3 times

    The 4th digit flashes, now can set elevator height of the 1st floor units digit.

    Digits are static, back to initial setting state

    Press [PARAM] twice

    ‘2’ – now on the 2nd floor height setting state.

    1) Pull and lift the tray to take it out from machine

    2) Pinch and take out the divider between two slots

    3) Push back the tray inside the machine

    4) Follow remote operation below to combine the two slots

    (The first 2 digits mean the slot #,

    The latter 2 digits mean the remaining product qty in this slot)

    Press [COLUMN] button 3 times

    To set the slot as single motor or dual motor mode.

    When ‘1’ flashes, it means slot #11 now in single motor mode.

    Press [OK] button

    When ‘2’ flashes, it means slot #11 now in dual motor mode.

    Note: to combine two slots together, keep the 1st slot as dual motor mode.

    Repeat Step 2 ~ 4

    To set any other slot in single motor or dual motor mode as needed.

    Press [FINISH] button

    Exit [COLUMN] config state, back to standby state.

    No operation for 20s

    Note:

    1) Manual operation in remote, please refer to the video.

    2) It’s not necessary to set up the 2nd slot, because either single or dual motor is ok for it after slot combination.

    1) Lift and pull the tray to take it out from machine

    2) Pinch and take out the divider between two slots

    3) Disconnect the machine cable from slot, pinch and take out the left/right spiral out

    4) Take out the spiral from the round chunk, then assemble opposite direction spiral to the chunk.

    5) Install the spiral back to slot, push back the tray inside the machine

    6) Follow remote operation below to combine the two spiral slots

    Note:

    1) Manual operation in machine please refer to the video.

    3) For one tray, every two slots are default as a group when combining slots. The default groups can’t be changed. Eg. #1 #2 and #3 #4 can be combined but #2 #3, #4 #5 alike can’t be combined.

    3) Unplug the connector from slot, then unscrew the screw of the divider from the tray bottom

    4) Adjust width between two dividers and fix the divider back to tray

    5) Install push extension plate if needed

    6) Follow remote operation below to enable/disable slot(s)

    Note:

    1) Manual operation in machine please refer to the video.

    2) When one divider is removed, its connector at the end of tray should be removed as well, and need to disable corresponding slot.
