9.1.1 View Customer List

  1. Click Customers -> Customer to view the Customer list.

  1. The customers of the selected operator (or the operator being “Viewed as”) will be listed as below.

  1. Move your mouse to the icon at the endof each line, you will be allowed to view details or delete the customer.

  1. Click View details button, the dialog box below will pop up. You can check the customer’s info, add comments, and check the customer’s consumption records in the last 90 days.

9.1.2 Edit Existing Customer Info

  1. There are two edit button in the Custom Info page.

  1. Click the "Edit" button below the customer image, you will be able to change the customer's first name and last name.

  1. Click the "Edit" button on the top right corner of the page, you will be able to edit the following info.

  1. “Delete Profile Data” on the bottom left is for deleting customer's PII (Personal Identifiable Information).

  1. If you click " Delete Profile Data", the dislog box below will pop up for your confirmation.

Note:

  • When deleting the PII of a parent’s account, which is the only parent account that is bound to the child’s account, the PII of the child’s account (if any) will be deleted together.

  • When the PII is deleted, the transaction reporting will not be impacted. Besides, the account balance and the bound cloud cards are still active and can be used.

  1. If you seelct to delete the customer's PII and return to the Customer List page, you will see that the customer ID remains, while only PII is deleted.

9.1.3 Add New Customer

  1. Click "+Add new customer" button.

  1. Click the “+” on the left and select an image to upload as the customer’s portrait. It is an optional field, and you will see the default portrait when checking customers’ details if no image is uploaded here.

“First name” and “Last name” are required fields.

  1. Email and Location are required fields, and you can fill in other Contact info as Customer's desire.

  1. Cloud Card is an optional field. You can click "Add" button to add Cloud Card Number.

  1. Enter Cloud Card Number and then Click Add button.

Notes: Card number is 7-digit and CVV should be 3-digit. You are allowed to add a maximum of 5 Cloud Card(s).

  1. Double check the info configured for the customer in Summary section , and you can add comments on customers in this step, then click "Save" button.

9.2 Top Customers

  1. Click Customers-> Top customer to view the top 5 Full Service Customers.

  1. Move your mouse to the icon at the end of each line, you can select to View details of the customer.

  1. If you select to view details, the customer info will be displayed like below, and you can check the info, add comments and look through the customer’s consumption record in the last 90 days.
