As a manager, you can review the previous Settlement records, Cash Collection records, and Event History to perform reconciliation or investigate a problem.
Click on the menu button, the main menu will slide out from the left edge of the UI.
| After a cash collection is successfully performed, you can check the settlement report in the Report section.

1.Settlement Report
The Settlement Report can be used to see the total number and value of bills received and coins or tokens dispensed. It will also show the difference between the two values, if any, that is due to dispensing errors.
Select the Settlement Report option.
| The Settlement report will display each settlement period, the settlement period starts and ends date and time. Events are displayed in descending order, with the newest events on top. The system will keep up to 90 Settlement events. After 90 settlement events, the oldest event will be removed automatically.

2.Event Report
Currently, the Coin Changer records Customer transaction events, Employee transaction events, and general event activities locally and automatically in the machine, with the latest 90-day records at most.
Select the Event Report option.
| There will be clear button on the event log if the Bill Acceptor has processed bills 20,000 times or the Coin Dispenser has dispensed coins 450,000 times, and the information prior to clearing the error will be displayed in red. When a clear button appears, cleaning is recommended.

3.Export Report
All reports can be exported to a USB port in a CSV file if a storage drive is connected.
Insert the storage disk into the USB port of the Coin Changer and select the Export Report option.
| The software will automatically detect the USB port and display the corresponding error due to the detailed failure reason.

3. If more than one storage disk is connected to the USB port, you will be asked to select which drive to export the report. Note: The name of the USB drive can’t be identified.
