As a manager or technician, you can perform device testing on Bill Acceptors and Coin Dispensers for troubleshooting.

  1. Click on the menu button, the main menu will slide out from the left edge of the UI.  

  1. Click the Diagnostic option on the menu list.

  1. Select to test the Bill Acceptor or the Coin Dispenser according to your needs.

Note:

Each Bill Acceptor and Coin Hopper can be tested independently.

1.Test Bill Acceptor

According to the reminder on the tablet's idle screen, handle the issue manually and test the Bill Acceptor and Coin Dispenser using the Diagnostic feature.

  1. Select to test the Bill Acceptor.

  1. Initialize the Bill Acceptor at first, otherwise, you will not be allowed to test it.

    If there are any errors during the diagnostic and testing process, you have to tap the initialize button before reusing.

  1. If the Bill Acceptor fails to be initialized, the detailed failed reason will be displayed.

    If the Bill Acceptor is initialized successfully, the Test Bill Acceptor button will be available to be used.

  1. Tap the button to test the Bill Acceptor and insert one bill into the Bill Acceptor according to the reminder.

    The test bill will not be calculated in the cash collection report.

1.Test Coin Dispenser

According to the reminder on the tablet's idle screen, handle the issue manually and test the Bill Acceptor and Coin Dispenser using the Diagnostic feature.

  1. Select to test the Coin Dispenser.

  1. Initialize the Coin Dispenser at first, otherwise, you will not be allowed to test it.

    If there are any errors during the diagnostic and testing process, you must tap the initialize button before reusing it.

  1. If the Coin Dispenser fails to be initialized, the detailed failed reason will be displayed.

    If the Coin Dispenser is initialized successfully, the Test Coin Dispenser button will be available to be used.

  1. Tap the button to test the Coin Dispenser and one coin will be dispensed.

    The test coin will not be calculated in the cash collection report

  1. Test to empty the Coin Dispenser.

  1. All the coins of the tested Coin Dispenser will be emptied.

    Warning:

    1. You must be prepared to catch the coins somehow, since the door is open and there is no cup to catch them.

    2. Remember to put the coins back to the Coin Dispenser and close the door after finishing the test.
