The transaction records generated from CentralPay Lite can be checked in Transaction Report.

Each transaction from CentralPay Lite will be shown as one entry/record in the Transaction Report even if multiple machine activations are included.

Use the both filters “Machine Type” → “CentralPay Lite” and "Transaction Type” → “Pay@CentralPay Lite” to search out for the target transaction records.

The transactions related to the CentralPay Lite will be shown. In this Transaction Report page, you can find:

  • Machine Column: displays “CentralPay Lite {Lable ID}|SN

  • Transaction Type: displays “Pay@CentralPay Lite”

  • Amount: if it’s a failed transaction with no successful payement(s), “Failed” will be displayed, and if it’s a partially failed transaction with both successful and unsuccessful payments, “Partial Failed” will be displayed.

In addition, you can use the Export button “” on the upper-right corner of the transaction page to export the report into a local file.

Initiate Refunds

The “ ” button will be enabled if the transaction amount exceeds zero, while the button will be dimmed if the transaction has performed refund before (either fully refund or partially refund).

Note: The red-font “Failed” will be shown in the bracket if a machine failed to start after the payment.

After that, the refunds details can be seen in the Refund Report.

To check the refund details, you can click on the info button “ ”  and select “ ” to skip to the Refund Report or navigate to the Refund Report on the menu.
