Please follow the steps below to get reader info.
1) Click “Get Reader Info” in the service list. | 2) Scan QR Code or enter machine number to get the reader’s firmware version. | 3) The related data of reader’s firmware version and EdgeBox’s firmware version will be displayed on the new page. If you want to look over another reader’s or EdgeBox’s version info, click the green words “Get Another Version” and repeat the last step. |
