By “Error Enquiries”, you can scan the reader to check its beeping reason.
1) Click “＜” icon back to the service list and select “Error Enquiries”. | 2) Scan QR Code or enter machine number by pressing on corresponding tabs to check the error. | 3) The errors of the target machine are displayed with suggested solutions. |

4) You can click the “?” at the bottom right corner to clear error conditions of the reader. A prompt box will pop up as shown below. | 5) A message “Error (s) Cleared Successfully” will appear at the bottom. | 6) If you scan the QR code or enter machine number, you could see that the errors have been cleared and it displays “All good” as shown. |
