Please follow the steps to refill the mobile account.
1) Click “<” icon back to the service list and select the last option “Refill User Account”. | 2) Scan the QR Code on users’ app and refill the amount manually in the text box to refill the mobile account. *This function supports only one app: Exatech Cleanpay. | 3) After the scanning, the user account will be displayed as shown. |

4) Input the amount to refill in the marked box and click “Next”. | 5) User account is refilled successfully as shown. | |
