Payment will be deducted from the mobile account to start a machine. The account should be refilled for the first use or when it cannot cover the price of a cycle.
1. Click the “Add Funds” button on the CleanPay Homepage. | 2. The amount options will be displayed at the center of the “Add Funds” page. You can view other amount options by clicking the “<” button and “>” button, or by sliding the amount option. |
3. If you’d like to customize the amount for adding funds, click the “Set Custom Amount” button, enter the amount, and then “Set Amount.” Note: The maximum custom amount can be set in Washboard -> Location Management. | 4. Click the “Confirm” button at the bottom of the “Add Funds” page, then select “Confirm to Pay” on the payment confirmation prompt. |
5. If the funds are added successfully, the prompt below will pop up. Click the “OK” button on the prompt. | 6. After clicking the “OK” button to return to the Homepage, the balance will be refreshed automatically. |
7. The “Auto-Refill” function is defaulted as “Disable,” as below. Click the button to enable it so that when the balance is below a certain amount, the funds can be added automatically. | 8. Enter the minimum amount and then click “Next.” Note: The amount you entered here is the condition for performing automatic refilling. |
9. Enter the refill amount for each automatic refill, then click the “Confirm” button. | 10. After setting up the auto-refill amount, the “Auto-Refill” function will turn to “Enable,” as below. |
11. When the Homepage of CleanPay Mobile is refreshed, the app will automatically detect the balance amount and auto-refill if it is less than the set auto-refill amount in the last step. The successful auto-refill prompt is like below. | 12. If you need to disable the “Auto-Refill” function, click the “Disable” button and select the “Confirm” option on the prompt below. |
13. Tap the “Home” button circled at the top-left corner of the “Add Funds” page, and you will return to the CleanPay Homepage. | |
