In this section, you can issue refund to customers in two ways, i.e., refund to customer’s laundry card or mobile account. Please choose a proper way that suits your customer and go to corresponding chapters below for detailed operations.
If you’d like to issue a refund to a customer’s credit card, please refer to To Credit Card. In addition, you can also manage all refund requests submitted by customers or other admin users.

To Laundry Card
Refund to laundry card is fulfilled by generating a value code then providing the code to the customer.
Click the tab “To Laundry Card,” you will open the page for “Generate Value Code.” The value code generating records are listed in the table below. Two presets are at the top: “Search Value Code” and “Generate Value Code.”

Generate Value Code
Click on the “Generate Value Code” tab. The fields for inputs to generate a value code will be displayed. Please see the table below for reference for filling the fields.

Note: When you select “Purchase Card,” the value code will be valid exclusively on the kiosk with the ID input in the “Terminal ID” field. Be mindful to inform the customer in case the potential inconvenience is caused. |

After filling the fields, click on the “Generate” button. A prompt saying “Value Code has been generated for laundry Card + card number” will show on the top of the page.

The newly generated value code record will be displayed at the top of the record list.

Provide the value code to the customer so the customer can get the refund by refilling the laundry card with the value code or get a new laundry card.
Search Value Code
Click on the “Search Value Code” tab and fill in the necessary filter parameters in the drop-down panel, and click on the “Search” button to get the customized display results.

To Mobile Account
When the location doesn’t allow or, for some special reasons, the customer can’t submit refund requests through the app, you can manually issue a refund to the customer’s account in this section.
Click the tab “To Mobile Account,” and you will open the page for “Mobile Refund.” The manually mobile refund records are listed in the table below. Two function tabs are at the top: “Search Mobile Refund” and “Submit Mobile Refund.”

Submit Mobile Refund
Click on the “Submit Mobile Refund” tab and the fields for inputs to initiate a mobile refund will be displayed. Please see the table below for reference for filling the fields.

After filling the fields, click on the “Submit” button. A prompt saying “$xx.xx added to account name. Balance $xx.xx” will show on the top of the page.

The newly submitted refund record will be displayed at the top of the table below.

In this section, the refund can only be refunded to the customer’s mobile account, not directly to the credit card.
Search Mobile Refund
Click on the “Search Mobile Refund” tab and fill in the necessary filter parameters in the drop-down panel, and click on “Search” button to get the customized display results.
For the “Customer Email” field, please enter at least 2 letters to get the email list to select from.
