Only the admin users have the permission of issuing refund.Login with an admin account and tap Issue Refund on the main menu.Select the path where you want your refund to be issued.The refund can be issued to Value Card via scanning card QR code or entering the laundry card number manually.Input the information below and submit; the balance will be refunded to the mobile account.
