As a vendor, you can manage and monitor the consumers’ information under each location. Click “Users” -> “Consumers” to access this section.
As you can see from the picture below, the main components for this section are divided into two parts, i.e., the upper part “Filter” function, and the lower part “Records.”
|
Filter
You can use the following fields to filter the consumers you’d like to search.
Email Address refers to the registered email address of the consumer.
Card Number is the laundry card number that consumers have linked to their accounts.
Click the box below “Date From” and “Date To” to open the calendar picker and select the time period.
Mobile Number is the number that consumers registered.
When you’ve completed the settings for the fields above, click the “Filter” button and the eligible records will be displayed in the Records part.
You can also click the “Export to Excel” button to export the records you filtered to your local folder.
If you don’t use the filter function and directly click on the “Export to Excel” button, all records of customers will be exported to your local folder.
Records
The records of all consumers are displayed in this part. You can view the consumers’ information, including the mobile number, email address, and laundry card number, etc., change the status of the consumers’ accounts, edit the registered information of consumers and delete the consumers’ accounts.
Description of Columns
Laundry Card # is the number of the physical laundry card that consumers have linked to their accounts.
Credit Balance is the amount of money remaining in the consumer’s account.
Bonus Balance is the amount of bonus remaining in the consumer’s account.

Change Status
Click the “Enabled” button in the “Status” column, and the status of a certain account will be changed to be disabled, and vice versa.
Edit
Click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column, and you will be redirected to the Edit Consumer page. You can edit the Suite #/Apartment #, the laundry card number and the postal/zip code, then click “Save changes.”
|
Consumer passwords are not editable at the vendor level by default. However, to accommodate specific customization needs, this functionality can be enabled through a configuration file. Once enabled, roles with consumer management permissions, such as Vendor Admin or Vendor Staff for this particular vendor, can edit consumer passwords when necessary.
Delete
Click the “Delete” button in the “Action” column, and the Delete Consumer page will appear. You will be asked “Are you sure to delete this Consumer: [EMAIL ADDRESS]?” and will be reminded that this action cannot be undone. Click “Confirm” to delete the consumer or “Cancel” to withdraw this operation.
