As a store manager, you can refill user account by scanning the QR code provided by the customer.
Tap Refill User Account option on the main menu.
| The customer opens LAVA Pay and taps the Add Funds button on the homepage. The Store Manager scans the QR code provided by the customer.

Once scanning is complete, details such as account information, credit balance, and bonus balance will be displayed. Enter the refill amount and tap the “Next” button.
