1.1 Update Account Info
1. Click the image in the top right corner of the homepage and select the “Account” option. The first time you use the app to start a machine or add funds, you'll need to update your account information and link a credit card. | 2. 1.2 Link Laundry Card
When a Laundry Card is linked to a LAVA PAY account, its balance will be transferred to your mobile account. As a result, the combined total of your Mobile account and Laundry Card balances will be displayed on the LAVAPAY homepage.
Once linked, either the Laundry Card or the Mobile app can be used to start a machine, with payments being deducted from the Mobile account balance.
Note: Five Laundry Cards at most can be bound to one LAVA PAY account.
1. Enter the card number and CVC, then click the “Save” button. Click the “Add Another” button to add more Laundry Cards, five cards at most. | 2. The image below illustrates how to identify the card details: the first seven digits represent the card number, while the last three digits constitute the CVC. |

2.Switch Account
1. If you have a sub account, click the image at the upper right corner of the Homepage and select the “Switch Account” option, then you can switch to another account without logging out from the app. | 2. Select the account that you want to switch to. |

Sign Out
