Homepage Instruction

  1. Click the Sandwich menu at the top left corner of the Homepage; the navigation bar will be displayed.

2. Click the image at the upper right corner of the Homepage, you can quickly edit your account info, switch to another account for payment, or sign out from the current account.

3. The account balance, bonus, and points will be displayed at the top center of the Homepage.

Note: LAVA PAY Mobile will display the currency symbol according to your location.

4. Just beneath the account balance, there is a button labeled “Add Funds” that allows the user to swiftly deposit money into the account.

5. The main section of the Homepage features two prominent buttons for initiating a machine: “Input Machine Number” and “Scan QR Code.”

Add Funds

  1. Tap the Add Fund button.

  1. Let the attendant scan the QR code using the LAVA KIOS. Once complete, the funds will be added to your account.

Change Location

  1. You can view your present location at the bottom of the homepage and change it by clicking the Blue Change button.

  1. By clicking the Change button, you will be taken to the Select Location page.

    Once you choose a new location, you will return to the homepage with the updated location shown at the bottom.
