You can install the application on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play. Launch the app, and then adhere to the instructions below to create an account.

  1. As a user, when you open the LAVA PAY mobile app, the app will request your permission to collect location information in the background.

    Please select Accept to ensure the availability of the GPS Map function.

  1. After gathering the location data, each location will be displayed along with its distance information.

  1. You can enter City, State or Zip to find your desired location.

  1. After selecting the location, you will enter the Sign In Page.

  1. Enter your email address and password, then tap the “Sign In” button to access the app's homepage. If you select the “Remember Me” option, your account credentials will be saved, allowing you to sign in automatically next time.

  1. The homepage of the app is as shown below.

Sign Up

  1. Tap the “Sign Up” button to register a new account if this is your first time using the app.

  1. Please provide your email address, account password, and a phone number to receive the verification code. Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, linked in blue for your convenience. Once you've read them, check the box to agree and click “Create Account.”

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone, and tap the “Confirm” button. Once registration is successful, a pop-up window will appear—tap “OK” to proceed to the app's homepage.

Note: If your smartphone supports Biometric Identification and you have enabled Biometric Sign In when registering, the biometric identification will pop up after successful registration.

Forgot Password

  1. If you forget the password when you sign in next time, you can click the “Forgot Password” button to reset your account's password via email or SMS.

  1. Enter your email address and submit; the App will prompt you to check your inbox for an email with instructions to update your password.

  1. Tap the “OK” button, then you will be navigated back to the “Sign In” page.

  1. You can also select the “Phone” method to reset your account's password.

  1. Tap the country selection button; you can select country/region from the drop-down list to change the area code of the phone number.

  1. Enter your phone number and tap the “Submit” button; a verification code will be sent to your phone via SMS.

  1. Enter the 4-digit verification code and tap “Confirm.”

    If the verification code is not received, you can tap the “send new code” button after 60s.

  1. After that you will be navigated to the password reset page, enter the new password and confirm again.

    The password must be between 8 and 64 characters.

  1. After confirmation, the App will prompt “Password Successfully Reset.” Then you can tap “Okay” to go to the Sign In page.
