You can install the application on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play. Launch the app, and then adhere to the instructions below to create an account.
1. You have four options to find your room: |
Tap the "Auto Detect Room" button, and the App will prompt you to confirm. After you select confirm, the App will detect the surroundings to find the location and return to the Sign In page automatically. |

Tap the “Scan QR Code” button to scan the QR code of the machine. | Tap the “Enter Machine Number” button to enter the machine number and select “Confirm.” | Tap the “Enter Room Code” button, enter the 7-digit SRC code of the corresponding location, then select “Confirm”. |

After entering the Sign In page, enter your email address and password, then tap the “Sign In” button to access the app's homepage. If you select the “Remember Me” option, your account credentials will be saved, allowing you to sign in automatically next time.

Note:
An account bound to a Credits Mode Location is only able to log in to a Credits Mode Location, and an account bound to a Value Mode Location is only able to log in to a Value Mode Location.
Sign Up
If this is your first time to use the app, please follow the steps blow to create a new account.
Tap the “Sign Up” button to register a new account if this is your first time using the app.
| Please provide your email address, account password, and a phone number to receive the verification code. Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, linked in blue for your convenience. Once you've read them, check the box to agree and click “Create Account.”

Fill in the verification code received in the email and tap the “Confirm” button.
| Fill in the verification code received from the phone number you provided and tap the “Confirm” button.
Note: a. If SMS verification is disabled, consumers will only need to verify their email. b. If your smartphone supports Biometric Identification and you have enabled Biometric Sign In when registering, the biometric identification will pop up after successful registration. |

After successful registration, it will lead you to the homepage of the App and a pop-up window will display successful registration.

Forgot Password
If you forget the password when you sign in next time, please follow the steps below to reset your account’s password via email or bypass password reset via SMS.
If you forget the password when you sign in next time, you can click the “Forgot Password” button to reset your account's password via email or bypass password reset via SMS.
| Select the “Email” button. Enter your email address and submit; the App will prompt you to check your inbox for an email with instructions to update your password.
| Tap the “OK” button, then you will be navigated back to the “Sign In” page.

You can also select the “Phone” method to bypass password reset.
| Tap the country selection button; you can select country/region from the drop-down list to change the area code of the phone number.
| Enter your phone number and tap the “Submit” button; a verification code will be sent to your phone via SMS.

Enter the 4-digit verification code and tap “Confirm.” If the verification code is not received, you can tap the “Resend Code” button after 60s.
| After that you will be navigated to the homepage of the app.
| Note: If SMS verification is disabled on the server, only the Email option is available. |
