This document is intended for both internal and external use about the usage of KioSoft POS Cash Register in Amusement market. Major features of the KioSoft POS Cash Register are introduced in this document. Convention

This stands for attention that specifies vital information to be followed to prevent damage to the system or mistakes made in operations.

Running KioSoft POS Cash Register

Please follow the steps below to run KioSoft POS Cash Register.

Initialization

1. Enter the operator SRC code that has been registered in the Backoffice. Click “Search” to search the store and location information.

2. Select room and machine group from the drop-down lists.

3. Enter machine name and check if the machine name is available.

4. Click OK button after verification success.

5. Click save to enter the sign-in interface.

Key Injection

To use the new features on the new version KioSoft POS Cash Register, such as purchase Cloud Card and purchase Top Up, key injection must be carried out first by employee.

1. Tap Sign In button continuously for 3 times to enter the admin menu.

2. Tap Key Injection button.

3. Tap Key Cards on terminal for Key Injection.

4. Follow the guidance to tap D62 card on the terminal (Ultra VXT reader), then F62 card.

5. Tap Done to return to the start of Key Injection.

6. Tap Clear Keys, if you want to clear the wrong key and inject new keys again.

Sign In

1. Click the employee drop-down box.

2. You could also manually enter the employee card number or read the physical employee card.

When an employee logs in, there will be a judgment of the employee status. This status is configured in the Backoffice and is used to control whether it is possible to sign in, whether it is possible to clock in after signing in, and can clock in normally after signing in; employee card numbers that are not in the list cannot sign in.

Forget PIN

1. Click the “Forget PIN” under the password input box to enter the interface of obtaining the cell phone verification code.

2. When it is successfully verified, enter the interface of changing PIN.

3. Enter the verification code you received on your phone then click Verify button to enter Change PIN page.

Before forgetting PIN, you need to input or select the correct employee card number, or it will pop up wrong prompt.

Main Interface

1. After successful signing in, enter the main interface. Click the “Clock In” button.

2. After clock in, other buttons will be active to be used.

3. Click the avatar in the upper right corner to view some information, and you can change the password.

4. Click “Report Issues” button in the “Settings”, you can upload the operational issues to KioSoft support team to get favor as soon as possible.
