Refill Transaction History

As a manager, you have the ability to review refill transaction history and filter records based on time settings.

As an admin user, you can access the refill transaction history for all managers.

  1. Tap Refill Transaction History on the main menu.

  1. You can access a summary report of refill transactions for a specific time period, with the option to adjust the time settings as needed.

  1. You can filter refill transactions by selecting predefined time frames such as daily, weekly, or monthly, or customize the time period to suit your needs.

  1. Set a custom time period and tap the “OK” button to display the refill transactions for that specific timeframe.

The Refill Transaction History Dashboard varies based on the user's role.

Admin User

Manager

Transactions: the aggregate number of transactions across all stores.

Revenue: the total revenue generated by all stores.

Commission: the cumulative commission amount from all stores.

Stores: the total count of stores.

Stores at 85%: the number of stores that have reached 85% of their refill limit, which necessitates prompt cash collection.

Collected/Uncollected: the count of stores that have been collected from or remain uncollected.

Transactions: the total number of transactions conducted at the current store.

Revenue: the cumulative revenue generated from all transactions at the current store.

Commission: the total commission earned by the current store.

Avg: the average value of a single transaction at the current store.

Min: the value of the minimum transaction at the current store.

Max: the value of the maximum transaction at the current store.
