Refill Trend
The Refill Trend is a bar chart that is located at the upper left corner of the Revenue Analytics page, enabling you to check the total refill amount and the refill trajectory over time within the selected time range.
Total Refill Amount: at the upper left corner of the diagram, there is a large amount in dollars, which represents the total amount of refill within the time range that has been selected.
The calculation of Total Refill Amount is:
Total Refill Amount = SUM - the amount of Approved Kiosk Transaction Log Reversal
"SUM" herein refers to the amount of approved Mobile App Refill Log + the amount of approved Kiosk Transaction Log (Refill Only) + the amount of approved Kiosk Value Code Log (Refill Only, Redeemed Value Code Only).
Delta Percentage (%): the difference value in percentage (%) by comparing the total refill amount of the selected time range with that of the last same time range.
For example, if you log in to KioCentral → Revenue Analytics on 30th October, 2025, and you select “Last 31 Days” as the time filter, then the Delta % (percentage) can be calculated as:
Delta % = [(A-B) / B] * 100%
"A" stands for the selected time range, namely the range from "6th, September, 2025" to "7th, October, 2025" (9/6/2025 - 10/7/2025)
"B" stands for the last same time range, namely the range from "5th, August, 2025" to "5th, September, 2025" (8/5/2025 - 9/5/2025)
Y-axis: represents the refill amounts in dollars ($).
X-axis: represents the time intervals (Last 31 days by default or the selected time range)
Each bar displays the total refill amount of each time interval.

When you hover your mouse over each bar, there will be a pop-up tooltip stating the date and the refill amount of the bar.

If the total refill amount of the last same period is 0, the Delta % will be displayed as "N/A".
Refill Split
Refill Split is a pie chart that is located at the upper right corner of the Revenue Analytics, which showcases the proportion of the total refill amount for each destination within the selected time range.
At the center of the pie chart, there is a large value indicating the Total Refill Amount within the time range selected.
The legends lying next to the pie chart present the types of channels through which the refills have been done. And there are two categories: Mobile App (light blue color) and Value Card (in dark blue color).
The refills of mobile end and value card end can be calculated as:
Mobile Refill Amount = SUM
"SUM" herein indicates the data from the approved Mobile App Refill Log.
Value Card Refill Amount = SUM - Approved Kiosk Transaction Log Reversal
"SUM" herein refers to the data from the approved Kiosk Transaction Log - Refill only, the approved Kiosk Value Code Log - Refill only & Purchased Value Code only

Usage Trend
The Usage Trend is located in the second row of the diagram section, right underneath the Refill Trend.
It’s a bar chart that provides the usage data within the selected time range.
Total Usage Amount: a large-sized value in dollars ($) indicating the Total Usage amount within the selected time range. The Total Usage Amount comes from the Mobile Usage, Value Card Usage, Cloud Card Usage, Coin Usage, and Bank Card (Debit/Credit) Usage within the selected time range. The Total Usage Amount can be calculated as:
Total Usage Amount = SUM
“SUM” herein refers to the amount of Approved Mobile Transaction Log, the amount of Approved Pay-At-Machine, the amount of Approved Coin Transactions Log, the amount of Approved Value Card Activity amount, and the amount of Approved Laundry Card Transactions Log.
Delta %: the difference value in percentage (%) by comparing the total usage amount of the selected time range with that of the last same time range. For example, if you log in to KioCentral → Revenue Analytics on 8th October, 2025, and take "Last 31 Days" as the time filter, then the Delta % can be calculated as:
Delta % = [(A-B)/B] * 100%
"A" stands for the selected time range, namely the range from "6th, September, 2025" to "7th, October, 2025" (9/6/2025 - 10/7/2025)
"B" stands for the last same time range, namely the range from "5th, August, 2025" to "5th, September, 2025" (8/5/2025 - 9/5/2025)
Y-axis: represents the usage amounts in dollars ($).
X-axis: indicates the time intervals (Last 31 days by default or the selected time range).
Each bar stands for the total usage amount of each time interval. The total amount of the bars should be equal to the Total Usage Amount.
When you hover your mouse over a bar in the diagram, there will be a pop-up tooltip stating the date and usage amount of the bar.

Usage Split
The Turns Per Day is positioned under the Usage Trend diagram. It’s a bar chart that provides the number of turns of each day within the selected time range.
At the center of the pie chart, there is a large-sized value that indicates the total usage amount within the time range selected.
The legends listing next to the pie chart signify the payment types from which the usages have generated. Each legends representing different payment types (Coin, CR/DB Card, Mobile App and Value Card) will be shown in various shades of blue color. And you can interpret the pie chart by matching the legends with the segments of the arcs in the pie, which indicates the proportion of the each payment type compared to the overall usages.
The proportion of each payment type can be calculated as below:
Coin Usage = SUM
“SUM” indicates the data from the amount of the Approved Coin Transactions Log
CR/DB Card Usage = SUM
“SUM” refers to the total amount of the approved Pay-At-Machine.
Mobile App Usage = SUM
“SUM” means the amounts from the Mobile Transaction Log.
Value Card Usage = SUM
“SUM” refers to the amounts from the Approved Laundry Card Transaction Log and Approved Value Card Activity.

Turns Per Day
The Turns Per Day Diagram is located below the Usage Trend diagram on the Revenue Analysis page. It is a bar chart that displays the following information:
Average # of starts: Total starts (from Mobile, Value Card, Cloud Card, Coin, and Bank Card usage) / Number of days within the selected time range within the selected time range.
Delta %: the difference value in percentage by comparing the current time range’s average with the last same-length period (If last period’s average = 0, Delta displays as N/A.).
Delta % = [(Current’s average – Last period’s average) / Last period’s average] × 100%.
For example: If you log in and select “Last 31 days” in the time filter, then the "Delta%" can be calculated as: Delta % = [A1 - B1] / B1
"A1" refers to the average # of starts between 00:00:00 on 6th September, 2025, and 23:59:59 on 7th October, 2025.
"B1" refers to the average # of starts between 00:00:00 on 5th August, 2025, and 23:59:59 on 5th September, 2025.
Y-axis: # of turns (average starts per day).
X-axis: Time range selected upon the filter settings.
Bar indication: each bar represents the average # of starts in each time period.

Y-axis: measures the total transaction amounts in dollars ($).
X-axis: indicates the time intervals (which defaults to "Last 31 Days" or the selected time range manually).
Two bars of each time period: the dark blue bar represents the Digital Payment Total Amount, and the light blue bar represents the Cash Payment Total Amount, as shown in two legends at the upper right corner of the diagram.
When you hover your mouse over a bar in the diagram for more than one second, a pop-up tooltip appears, showing the date in (month &date) and the Digital Payment and Cash Payment amounts for that period.

Best Performing and Worst Performing Locations List
The lists of Best/Worst Performing Locations offer a quick overview of the top 5 locations with the best performance and worst performance within the selected time range.
Each location list provides the names of the 5 locations, the amounts of total usage, as well as the Delta %.
The calculation of data shown in the column “Delta %” would follow the formula of the Total Usage amount shown in the Usage Trend.

Notes
If multiple locations have the same total usage amount, Delta % will be used for ranking.
If multiple locations have the same total usage amount and the same Delta %, then the location names will be used for ranking (sorting from A-Z).
If the vendor processes less than 5 locations, then the row (s) will be left as blank and all locations will be in both Best and Worst Performing Locations lists with opposite ranking orders.
