In this chapter we will introduce how to start the machine with bank cards and the multiple languages the product supports.
Starting the Machine
The reader supports card payments including chipping, swiping and tapping the card.
Smart Chip Card: Insert the chip card into the terminal as shown by the arrow on the slot with its contact surface (chip) facing up. Do not remove the chip card during the transaction.
Magnetic Stripe Card: Swipe the magnetic card along the slot with its band facing the terminal. Keep the swiping speed uniform. It is allowed to swipe the magnetic card from top to bottom or from bottom to top.
Contactless Card: Bring the card firmly up to the RFID reader, keep the card close to the reader during the transaction.

The specific steps to start a machine may vary depending on the laundry machine but the general steps are similar. The following procedure is demonstrated on an Alliance ACA FLW machine and paid with a chip card.

Multiple Languages
The reader supports multiple languages, including English, Romanian, French, and Spanish. Users can tap the language icon in the middle of the reader’s top bar to switch the language display.
