We will use Fagor machine as an example to demonstrate the wiring flow.

2.Start the Machine
You can follow one of the methods below to actively start the machine:
a. Start the machine with coins
Select the cycle on the machine and insert the coins into the Coin Drop, then press the “Start” button on the machine after you hear the beeping sound, the machine will be started.
b. Start the Machine with the CleanPay Mobile App
The following process demonstrates how to start a machine using a QR code.
1. Select the cycle on the machine and log in to the CleanPay Mobile App. | 2. Tap the “Scan QR Code” button and focus the camera on the QR code on the machine. Or you can start the machine by entering the machine number. | 3. Tap “Confirm” on the pop-up window. |
4. If the Points can cover the price of a cycle, you will be asked to select to pay with Balance or with Points. If the Points cannot cover the price of a cycle, the machine will be started with Balance and automatically enter the next procedure. | 5. After the successful payment, the Top Off window will pop up automatically. If you select “Confirm”, you should select the cycle and make the payment like the previous steps. Note: Only a few machines (i.e. Fagor machine) are configured with Topoff. | 6. After successful payment, the popup below will appear. Click the “OK” button to close the window and check the Cycle Status in the “Your Cycles” section. |
7. If the permissions are given to display notifications, you can check the activity of your Cycle in your notification center until the cycle finishes. | 8. For Android phones, please ensure the Allow Background Activity permission is enabled via two ways demonstrated below: | |
1) Press and hold the CleanPay app to go to the “Use Details” and allow the background activity. | 2) Go to the Smartphone Settings->Battery->Select one of the top two options. The “Unrestricted” option might cause continuous battery consumption, while the “Optimised” option allows the app to be active in the background longer. | |
