Please follow the steps below to install VC Cash.
Prerequisites
Installation Area
In order to install the VC Cash in a safe manner, the following conditions shall be satisfied:
1) The kiosk must be placed and leveled on a horizontal, water-resistant, and sturdy pedestal capable of bearing its weight.
2) Please ensure enough space for the front door to be fully swung open for maintenance purpose. You can refer to the top-down diagram of the door swing below for clearance around the kiosk while servicing the kiosk without obstruction.

3) Make sure the power supply, operating temperature and humidity complies with the Technical Data.
4) The maximum ADA height (the height from the most upper edge of Ultra VXT to the ground) is 1220 mm (48.03 inches) as shown in below diagram along with the height of the pedestal and the height from the top of the VC Cash to the ground.
Mounting
Router Installation (if needed)
1) Remove the Antenna Blocking plate on the kiosk, screw off the original nuts of the antenna, pass the antenna through the pre-embedded holes and fasten it with the original nuts. | 2) Connect the Wi-Fi and 4G ports separately to the corresponding positions of the router. |

3) Fix the router fixing plate to the middle position of both sides with M2.5*6 screws. | 4) Pass the router fixing plate through the right pre-embedded bolt and fasten it with M5 thumb nuts. Note: Turn the router socket side outward. |

Ultra VXT Assembly and Wiring Harness Fixing
1) Fix the back plate of Ultra VXT through the pre-embedded bolts and fasten it with M5 flange nuts. | 2) Pass the Ultra VXT to Serial Expander Cable (WH110051) through the remaining hole of Ultra VXT, insert one end of the cable to the COM port and another end to the left COM port of red component of the PCB board, and fasten the two bolts of Ultra VXT with M5 flange nuts. | 3) Connect the Ultra VXT Cable, Power (WH210016) with the laundry port and one of the outlets of Dual Head 24V Adapter. |

4) Fix the Ultra VXT and PCB board connecting cable along the modules as shown in the pic (Left1: Use the original twist buckle directly for fixing Left2: Add a new twist buckle for fixing). | 5) Fix the 9V power cable, 24V power cable and the Ultra VXT and PCB board connecting cable to the nuts under the Ultra VXT with twist buckles, and separately fix the 9V power cable to the right nut in the kiosk box and the left nut of the router. | 6) Arrange the surplus power cables and connecting cables and tie them with a cable tie, and then fix them to the nut behind the Ultra VXT with a twist buckle. |

Pedestal Mounting
The installation procedure to mount the AVU Cash on the pedestal provided by KioSoft is as follows:
1) Place the pedestal against the wall. | 2) Locate the four fixing holes on bottom plate, drive Φ14*35mm (1.37 inch) holes on the ground and fasten the pedestal to the floor with M10x60 expansion screws. Warning: the kiosk assembly may tip over if the pedestal is not properly fastened to the floor! |

3) Place pedestal cover on the pedestal bottom and fix it with M5x10 screw. | 4) Fix the vertical plate to cover the pedestal trunk by pushing the plate directly. |

5) Pull the kiosk cable through the corresponding holes on the kiosk back door and pedestal (see pic illustration) and fix the kiosk back door to the pedestal (marked in green spots) using M8*20 screws. | |

Warning: The kiosk along with its pedestal is quite heavy, so please ensure that the installation surface is flat. It is also highly suggested that the kiosk is installed with its back close to the wall for security purposes.
Wall Mounting
The other way to fix the AVU Cash is wall mounting. There are two options for wall mounting fixation—using square frame or wing plates.
A. Using the frame
1) Make a rectangle hole to place the kiosk and driveФ16 mm (0.63 inch) holes for fixation throughout the wall as shown in the diagram. | 2) Install the square frame to the front side (the VXT side) of the wall with 6 pcs M15 bolts*. The length of the M15 bolt depends on the wall thickness. Recommended length: wall thickness + 30 mm (1.81 inch). |

3) Place the kiosk into the hole. | 4) Install the other frame and fix it with M15 nuts. |

B. Using the wing plate
1) Make a square hole throughout the wall to place the kiosk, driveФ14×35mm (Ф0.55 1.38 inch)holes on the back side(the kiosk door side) and install M10×60 (0.392.36 inch) expansion bolts to fix the kiosk. Note: The minimum hole depth required is 35 mm (1.38 inch). | 2) Drive holes on both side of the kiosk to install the wing plates (2 pcs) using M10×20 mm (0.39*0.79 inch) bolts and nuts. Note: The position of the holes depends on the depth of the wall. You can place the kiosk in the square hole, put the wing plate against the wall and mark the desired hole positions on the kiosk. |

3) Place the kiosk in the wall and fix it with the nuts for the expansion bolts used. | 4) The completed front and back sides of wall mounting are as shown. |
