If there are issues with the machine, you can report the issue and ask for support as follows.
1) Tap the Sandwich button. | 2) Click on “Request Service” to describe the problems you are faced with. | 3) Tap the box written “I have an issue with the laundry machine”. *Click the button “Other” to give a description if there is any other problem. |

4) Choose either way convenient for you to get the machine info from the two options “Enter machine number” and “Scan QR Code”. | 5) Enter the machine number (or scan the QR code labeled on the machine) and click “OK” marked in the yellow box. | 6) Click the triangle marked in the yellow box and select the proper issue of the machine, input anything else you want us to know if necessary, and click the button “Submit”. |
