If there are issues with the machine, you can report the issue to us and ask for support as below.

1. Tap the “Sandwich” menu at the top left corner of the Homepage to display the navigation bar.

2. Tap the “Service Request” option on the navigation menu.

3. You can submit the service request in three ways: Enter Machine Number, Scan QR Code, and Manual Entry.

4. If you select to Enter the Machine Number Or Scan the QR Code, then there is no need to input the Room Number.  

“Off balance” is the default issue at the top of the issue list.

5. If you select the manual entry, you must select the room number from the room list.  And you need to enter the machine number (1-255) and machine info.

6. You can also provide more information on the issue by describing it in the input box before submission.
