There are two ways to start a machine, i.e., by machine number or QR Code. Both ways can start a washer/dryer.
Note: When you interact with a machine at a location, your location will be automatically updated to that reader's location including the currency symbol.
Depending on the individual machine's configuration, after scanning its QR code, you may proceed directly to payment, be prompted to select a cycle on the machine itself, or choose a cycle from an on-screen pop-up window.
The following steps illustrate how to start an ADC machine using a QR code and add additional time by entering the machine number.
1. Tap the “Scan QR Code” button and focus the camera on the QR code on the reader/machine. | 2. Select the cycle as requested. |

3. Tap “Confirm” on the pop-up window. | 4. Select to pay with Balance or with Points. |

5. After the successful payment, the Top Off window will pop up automatically. If you select “Confirm,” you should select the cycle and make the payment like the previous steps. Note: Only the dryer machines are equipped with the Top Off feature. | 6. If you select “Cancel” on the Top Off window, the below pop-up window will remind you of the successful starting of the machine. |
